I am currently a division I NCAA strength and conditioning coach. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the NSCA (CSCS). I am also a certified in nutrition by Precision Nutrition (PNL1). Other certifications that I have include Level Science of Nutrition (Clean Health, Layne Norton) and CPT (ISSA). I attended college at Fordham University where I was a NCAA DI tennis player. I am passionate about every aspect of fitness and nutrition. I have experienced a variety of sports and fitness disciplines that I can help you improve on or introduce you to. I have experienced many different fitness and nutrition/diet protocols so I can guide you through which one fits you best according to your goals and objectives.
